Maria’s expertise in hospitality and catering, alongside her passion and drive for business was the perfect foundation for what is now one of the leading location caterers in the UK. Maria’s wealth of knowledge and insight has given our office teams everything they need to flourish in a fast-paced industry. Ellie Beaton
Maria’s daughter, Ellie, is the General Manager and Director of Rose Catering. Maria’s depth of experience and business acumen has given Ellie the skills and passion to continue her mum’s legacy and take Rose Catering from strength to strength. Ellie is a qualified nutritional therapist, ensuring that our chefs provide nutritionally balanced and delicious food within your budget. She is an expert at tailoring menus to meet dietary requirements and ensures that your cast and crew have the very best catering experience possible.

Paul Rose
Paul Rose is the on-the-ground driving force behind Rose Catering. Alongside his co-founder Maria Robbins, Paul has been the unwavering pillar of knowledge in the kitchen and determination at the heart of Rose Catering, always going over and above for your production. Paul’s love for the job and mission extends beyond mere sustenance; his vision is for location catering to taste and look great for cast and crew. Drawing inspiration from his background in the army, Paul has seamlessly translated his unwavering work ethic and attitude into film and TV locations across the UK for over two decades. Paul’s passion for excellence has become the hallmark of Rose Catering, setting the standard for all of our wonderful and welcoming chefs.

HR & Admin – Julie
Julie is a longstanding member of the Rose Catering family. She ensures our teams are fully certified and safe to work on set, helping us maintain high standards in every environment. Her expertise and calm approach are essential to making sure our team members are production-ready from day one.

Accounts – Toni & Karen
Toni and Karen keep our financial systems running smoothly. Their efficiency and attention to detail ensure your invoicing process is seamless and accurate, allowing you to stay focused on your production without unnecessary distractions.

Sales & Marketing – Nathan
Nathan leads our relationship-driven approach to sales and marketing. With 97% repeat business, his focus on rapport, reliability, and results helps ensure our services speak for themselves. Nathan also works closely with our chefs and operations teams to make sure client expectations are always exceeded.

Recruitment – Jane

Menus are regularly adapted based on client feedback, seasonality, and schedule changes. Whether you’re enjoying a sit-down meal at base or grabbing a hotbox between scenes, our chefs prioritise quality and speed without compromise.

Each production is also supported by experienced catering managers, drivers, and kitchen porters – all working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly from call time to wrap.

Two Offices, One Seamless Operation

Rose Catering operates out of two well-placed UK hubs, allowing us to service productions across the country with speed and efficiency.

• Oxfordshire HQ: Just off the M40, our Fritwell office is ideally located for productions across southern and central England. It’s also home to our HR, accounts, and vehicle maintenance teams, who ensure our operations run like clockwork.
• South Wales Office: Located just outside Cardiff and near Dragon Studios, our second base is managed by Ellie herself. It’s a vital part of our growing infrastructure, helping us serve productions in Wales and the West with the same high standards.

With over 20 vehicles in our fleet, including fully equipped mobile kitchens, we can offer consistent service – even for large-scale or long-term projects.
