Ellie Beaton, Maria’s daughter, formally joined Rose Catering in 2018 after observing Maria run Rose Catering from early childhood. Ellie, a trained Nutritional Therapist, is passionate about functional food and understands the vital component of catering on a crews’ mental and physical health. Maria has mentored Ellie in business, passing on 30 years of wisdom, which is combined with a modern outlook to continue Rose Catering’s success.
