• We make it a priority to use seasonal food, purchased – where possible – locally.
• We make every effort to run a paperless operation, and use recycled paper if printing is unavailable.

Sustainable Catering with Vegan and Vegetarian Menu Options

Rose Catering has always recognised the importance of attention to dietary requirements and allergens. For this reason, our staff are trained to understand both the medical and ethical underpinning of dietary choice.

We ask for cast and crew’s dietary requests in advance to ensure our teams can plan menus around them. With 7.2 million adults in the UK who follow a meat-free diet, our vegetarian and vegan options have been popular for a while. We are happy to adhere to all production requests for ‘Meat free’ days, and our teams are experienced in creating vegetarian and plant-based menus.

Rose Catering is happy to oblige, with an ever-growing range of vegetarian and plant-based specials, buffet items, and drinks. Our standard main service includes separate vegetarian and vegan options to give wider choice to the people who follow these diets.
